Pre-register on the eAYSO Website by following these directions.

  1. Create a free account (if needed) or log in with your existing user name and password
  2. Fill in the information for your player(s)
  3. Print and sign two copies of the registration
  4. Send the signed forms along with full payment of $65 per player to the address below.

Remember that teams start forming in July so register today.
